Hi! My name is Luca and I am a self-employed tutor and physics researcher with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from McGill University.
I began tutoring in high school through an after school peer-tutoring program and have not stopped since. I have a deep love for math and physics and I believe every student deserves a chance to understand and appreciate these beautiful concepts without some of the barriers imposed by a modern classroom. I pride myself on patience, perseverance and a genuine interest for the topics I tutor, and strive to provide the best possible service I can offer.
Sessions are typically run via the Zoom video calling platform which equips me with screen sharing capabilities as well as collaborative whiteboards that tutees are encouraged to contribute to throughout the session. Session structure varies greatly from tutee to tutee, and is adapted to their current academic needs whether that be re-teaching concepts, answering questions, helping solve problems, reviewing for an assessment, or all of the above.
